Save the Date: For Art’s Sake 2013 Spring Benefit

The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey announced today that it will host its eighth annual For Art’s Sake Fundraiser on Friday, April 12 and Saturday, April 13. Co-chaired by Sue Welch and Helaine Winer, this two day event will welcome hundreds of art lovers and patrons. Event proceeds will benefit the Art Center’s education and exhibition programs. 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Ticket price: $150

Get on board a luxury coach for an exclusive insider’s tour of the private homes of noted contemporary art and glass collectors. Breakfast goodies, coffee and tea will be served as well as a gourmet boxed lunch. The tour will conclude with refreshments at the Art Center where participants will be among the first to preview the Blank Canvas Benefit artwork and mingle with the contributing artists.

The Art Center’s signature event will feature a one-of-a-kind silent art auction, festive cocktails, and premiere catering by David Ellis Events. Meet and mingle with fellow art enthusiasts and get caught up in the excitement of bidding. Also visit the Insider’s Salon of exclusive art selected by Guest Curator, Ann Schaffer.
