March 2011- Congratulations to Nancy Cook, Patricia “Patty” Dattilo, Pamela Fairley, Lisel Perselay, and Barbara “Bobbie” Veeder! Featured in this month’s issue of New Jersey Monthly magazine, these five REALTORS® of Town & Country Properties have been honored as 2011 FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents.

 New Jersey Monthly surveyed recent homebuyers and industry experts, specifically, mortgage and title companies, to find real estate agents who scored highest in overall satisfaction. Recipients of the survey were asked to evaluate only real estate agents whom they know through personal experience. The agents “were evaluated based upon nine criteria: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction.”

Also, to ensure honest final results, only original surveys, returned in their specially designed envelopes were accepted as valid. No copies were accepted.

The final list of “FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents is an elite group, representing less than 2 percent of licensed agents in New Jersey.” Our agents’ real estate philosophies, as listed below, helped them earn this honor.
