K2 Fitness is offering a new 7:00 AM bootcamp for the summer (for both men and women) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The bootcamp is outdoors at Tatlock Field by the track. Get your workout in - before the heat - before the humidity. And when you are done, you will have burned an average of 500 calories or more...before your day even begins.
The workout is a mix of cardio and interval training, mostly using your own body as resistance. It is challeging, fun and best of all - will get you in the best shape of your life.
