All area seniors are invited to participate in fall events and activities at the Summit YMCA. The Y has something to offer for every interest and activity level including aqua fitness, arthritis exercise, lap swim, Bridge, Mah Jongg, and special social events.
The Senior Book Club meets on the first Tuesday of the month, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on the 3rd floor at the Summit YMCA.
You can also play Mah Jongg on Fridays, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, free for Y members, $5.00 per game for non-members.
Thursday, September 27 is Senior Day at the Summit YMCA from 9:30 am to 1:15 pm. This is a free event with a Health Fair from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and a Lunch and Learn Lecture, “Fraud Prevention,” from 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm. Another free Lunch and Learn Lecture will take place on Thursday, October 18, from 12:30 pm to 1:30
pm, “Journey to Thailand,” a journey in photos and stories.
