The Oratory Prep Varsity Cross Country Team captured the Valley Division Title of the Union County Conference with a great team performance on Tuesday, October 16. 

Seniors Cormac Rada and Matt Sisk led the team at Warinanco Park, finishing in the top five. Senior Alex McDonald refused to be passed in the final 20 yards, holding off a fellow competitor, to finish in the top 10.  According to Coach Bill McCrystal, Jr., Oratory's final set of runners all finished strong with everyone hitting the tape in under 19 minutes.

The team will compete in the Union County Championships next week before they look to defend their Prep B title on October 31st at Blair Academy.
