The Summit Luminary Fund, run by Summit resident Barbara Romano and underwritten by Lois Schneider, is in its 31st year of providing Summit with luminaries that line the streets of Summit on Deceber 24.The thousands of luminnaries lit together serve as a powerful symbol of our sense of community and the meaning of the holidays. 100% of the proceeds go to Summit philanthropies (Valerie Fund, Summit's Senior Connections, Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad, SHIP, SAGE, Continuo Arts Foundation, and the Santa Claus Shop). 
Barbara and her team work tirelessly for months to make this event happen. Last year SLF raised $51k! Barbara is in her last push and would appreciate any donations or orders  to help as many people in Summit the Fund can. contact ashleymassie@aol.com.
