Walter Foster, a 50-year resident of Summit, died on Mar. 24 in Vauxhall. He was active in the Fountain Baptist Church, where he was a deacon, trustee and usher. Foster had served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and later worked for the Summit Board of Education before his retirement.
