Animal Rescue Organizations Team Up to Fly Princess Home

Home For Good Dog Rescue is working with Pilots N Paws to bring a rescue home.

Summit-based non-profit Home For Good Dog Rescue is currently working with Pilots N Paws to fly in a new six-month old puppy rescue named Princess from Georgia.

Princess had an unfortunate start to her life. Just a few months old, she was neglected and allowed to run off of a leash. Princess was hit by a car which shattered one of her rear legs, requiring it be amputated to save her life.

Unable to care for her, Princess's owners turned her over to Home For Good Dog Rescue, which saves dogs from high kill shelters in Georgia and South Carolina. Princess will be flying to New Jersey, weather permitting, with a cargo of five other rescued puppies, all of whom are looking for a new home in New Jersey.
