Diabetics: Learn How to Shop at ShopRite

The grocery store in Chatham Township offers a workshop on foods to avoid and foods to enjoy.

 

Just in case you missed it last week, ShopRite is having another tasting tour for diabetics and prediabetics at their Chatham Township location Friday, just in time for your weekend grocery shopping.

But that's not all—there's also music, theater and concerts to enjoy this weekend, so without further adieu here's what's happening in your neck of the woods.

Prediabetes and Diabetes Tasting Store Tour
When/Where: 11 a.m. Friday, ShopRite, Shunpike Rd & Southern Blvd, Chatham,
Why go: Learn what foods to buy and what foods to avoid when shopping for your family's diabetic or prediabetic.
Cost: Free, but bring your wallet

 Jazz in July
When/Where: Friday, 7:30 p.m. at the Morristown & Morris Township Library
Why Go: You're looking for a little music to start your weekend off right.

'Nunsense'
