4. 25TH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL JURIED SHOW
Where/When: Visual Arts Center of New Jersey; Daily, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Why Go: The 25th Annual International Juried Show presents artwork in all media from artists residing in the United States and around the globe. Joan Young, Associate Curator of Contemporary Art, Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, is this year's juror.

5. GIRLS BASKETBALL AT PLANFIELD
Where/When: Plainfield High School; Saturday, 1 p.m.
Why Go: Girls Varsity Basketball visits Plainfield in their second matchup of the season to end a three-game road trip.
