Honey Brown,
Quick! Send menu back to printer! Too many typos! You forgot, "family style for two (2)". Otherwise, call "Blue Plate Specials",,,,"Savannah Entrees +$10" (includes Shipping& Handling) ! :-)

Best of luck luck Rocco but, I believe you're a little early on Summit's Recession Recovery....

Anyone in the restaurant business knows that a restaurant that serve great food is recession proof. If the food is so-so, the recession will kill 'em.

Ken,
Being in the restaurant business, you may recall successful establishments view "Product" as just about 25% of the challenge. The other "P"s in that marketing game to remember are "Price, Place and Promotion". Great food in a great place with great promo, at an exorbitant price,,,, just may fail! I wish Rocco well but remain negative on his price points. Time will tell......Mike
