On Sept. 17, Josue A. Quesada was arrested on Washington Avenue around 10:30a.m. The Summit man, 20, was being held on a warrant.
Bryce Lloyd, 32, of Atlanta, was arrested for allegedly driving while suspended on Sept. 14.
