The Summit Police Department joined with departments from across the country to take part in the annual National Night Out. The program heightens awareness in local anti-crime efforts.
On the Village Green, families were treated to free pizza being handed out by the police officers. And kids were welcomed to play on an inflatable obstacle course, get temporary tattoos, dance with Shark Diddy, and enjoy a magic show from Earl Hicks.
