Summit Student Selected for Grammy Camp in L.A.

Drew Schwendiman was one of 136 students selected to participate in the exclusive music program. He will study music journalism.

 

A Summit high school student will have the rare opportunity this summer to participate in the Grammy Foundation's Grammy Camp in Los Angeles.

Drew Schwendiman was selected to participate in the music journalism track, where he will learn about all the aspects of interviewing and multimedia communications.  

Schwendiman, who has won awards with the Summit High School forensics team, will take part in reporting what happens at the 2012 Grammy Camp.

Students interested in applying to next years Grammy Camp and find the application at the Grammy in the schools website.
