Preschoolers in teacher Melanie Richeda's class at Summit's Jefferson Primary Center celebrated the 100th day of school in the 2011-2012 school year, with a special show of community service recently.

The students collected tooth brushes and tooth paste, which they donated to Bridges, a Summit organization that distributes food, toiletries, and other necessities to the homeless.

Pictured are Ms. Richeda and her students admiring the "100" they created out of the donations.
