Week in Review: No Decision on T&C Deli Application

Short week due to Thanksgiving holiday not short on news.

While many Summit residents may have been packing their bags and heading out of town to see friends and family for the Thanksgiving holiday, Summit Patch was here bringing you all the news, all week long. Here's the rundown in case you were traveling and not "plugged in."

On Monday, we previewed the opening of Les Miserables at Paper Mill Playhouse which feature a Summit resident in the show. We also reported on the Thanksgiving pie trend here in Summit, and brought you coverage from the Interfaith Service of Thanksgiving held over the weekend. We also brought you late breaking news about an anti-bullying bill that was passed in the state legislature.

On Tuesday, we brought you coverage from the Planning Board's non-hearing on the T&C Corner Deli application to add seating, the latest results of the Patch partnership with FDU's PublicMind Poll, and the weekly police blotter.

On Wednesday, we brought you coverage of the New Providence-Berkeley Heights Interfaith Service many Summit congregations participated in and a look at the new handbags and accessories store on Maple Street.

On Thursday, I wrote an Editor's Notebook on what I am thankful for this year and Amy showed us three ideas on what to do with those thanksgiving leftovers.

On Friday, we brought you the next installment of our grants in action series and a story about Bridges Outreach.
