Approximately one in 1,000 children are born deaf in the United States every year. These kids cannot hear the loudest sounds like a police car siren or a fire alarm.

This kickstarter has a simple aim – through a real life story I Can Hear You will explore how parents can get the professional help they need from audiologists, surgeons and speech and language therapists.

It’s a place to turn for parents who are suddenly faced with this reality and have no idea where to turn, what the options are, or the process they are about to face.
