On Monday, $70 worth of gas was reported stolen from the back of a West End Avenue home. According to police, between 11:30a.m. and 2:30p.m. two full 5-gallon gas cans were taken from the property. Jan. 10 A blue Huffy men’s mountain bicycle was reported stolen from a bicycle rack at the Summit Train Station sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on 12/31/11.   Jan. 11 Willis J. Binns, 49, of Newark, was arrested at Kent Place Blvd. for alleged forgery-credit card fraud, forgery 4th degree and theft by deception 4th degree.   An E-Z 400 Electric Scooter valued at $240.00 was reported stolen from an apartment building on Glenwood Place sometime between 10:00 p.m. on 1/9/12 and 8:00 a.m.   A tire was reported stolen from the driveway of a Ridge Road residence.
