Wednesday night's in Summit just got a lot more fun. The Office, the local restaurant, bar, and Summit staple, has been running a lively Trivia Night every Wednesday for the past year. Dawn Parlegreco, manager at The Office says that Trivia Night has brought business to the bar on an otherwise slow night. The age of players typically ranges from 21 to 31 although she often sees older teams as well. There are a few teams that come out every week, but the overall assortment of teams changes constantly depending on who happens to be at the bar when the game begins. All patrons in the bar …
"...I am 9 and live in New Providence. I made friendship/peace bracelets. Which I sold. I would like to give the money to Mr. Abelino Mazariego's family. Please give this to them," reads a letter sent to the Summit Area Public Foundation. "Enclosed was 31 dollars in cash," said Barbara Bunting, treasurer for the Foundation. It started more than a year ago at the Delbarton game. Mary Kate Davidson, daughter of head coach Jim Davidson, was devastated after watching her beloved Hilltoppers lose their season opener to the Green Wave, 8-4. At the time, Delbarton was the defending state …

Now, thanks to Zoku Salon, local residents can also aid those efforts without leaving the city of Summit. They simply need to get their hair cut. "All the hair we cut, whether ½ an inch or 6 inches, we donate to Matter of Trust," explained the salon's receptionist Elizabeth Hamill. Matter of Trust is a …
