Sifu Steven Ruskin's popular classe will continue on Saturday mornings at 8:00am.  This class will be held at Stanley Congregational Church in Chatham.  The cost is $15.00 to cover the cost of the class.

Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese martial art known for it¹s vast health benefits. It is characterized by the graceful slow motion form. Qi Gong and push hands are covered in the classes, as well as  aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Recommend for improving balance, flexibility, leg strength and stress relief, Tai Chi is considered the pearl of China and a real treasure to be cultivated.   The advanced sword form is offered for qualified students. Appropriate for
beginners and advanced.
