An emergency blood drive will take place on Sunday at Temple Beth El, 338 Walnut Ave. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
New Jersey Blood Services, a division of New York Blood Center, is urging community residents to donate blood as close to 6,000 pints of blood have been lost from the NY/NJ area since Monday, and drives continue to be cancelled due to prolonged power outages.
