DESCRIPTION:The Sisterhood of Temple Sha&rsquo\;arey Shalom in Springfiel
 d is hosting a giant "Rummage Sale" to benefit the Temple&rsquo\;s progr
 ams and services on Sunday\, August 5 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.&nbsp\; "Same
  Day Bag Day" will take place from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.  If you like a bargai
 n\, then come on down and &ldquo\;rummage&rdquo\; though our stuff on Su
 nday\, August 5th.&nbsp\; &nbsp\;There will be everything from clothes\,
  household items\, sports equipment\, shoes\, luggage\, books\, TVs and 
 much more!&nbsp\;&nbsp\;You&rsquo\;ll find lots of great items to take h
 ome. &nbsp\;\nRemember\,&ldquo\;one man&rsquo\;s junk is another man&rsq

 ey Shalom: Temple Sha&rsquo\;arey Shalom is a mid-size\, Reform congrega
 tion serving Springfield and the surrounding towns of Union and Essex co
 unties.&nbsp\; The synagogue welcomes children\, young adults\, singles\
 , seniors\, and families of all shapes\, ages and sizes--including singl
 e parents\, interfaith families and Gay and Lesbian families.&nbsp\; The
 re is a wide array of educational\, informational\, entertaining and soc
 ial programs to enhance the Temple experience\, including lectures\, wor
 kshops\, panel discussions\, an active Sisterhood and Brotherhood\, comm
 unity-service opportunities and Youth and Renaissance group activities.&
 nbsp\; There are also adult bar/bat mitzvahs\, conversational Hebrew cla
 sses\, book discussion groups\, speakers and trips.&nbsp\; Shabbat servi
 ces are creative and varied.&nbsp\; There are Family Shabbat services at
  7:30pm on the first Friday of each month\, Children&rsquo\;s Shabbat mo
 rning services for K-3rd grade families on Saturdays at 9am\, monthly To
 t Shabbat services--perfect for pre-school families&mdash\;at 6:00pm on 
 the third Friday of each month\, and Adult Study minyans on Saturday mor
 nings. &nbsp\;Erev Shabbat services take place from the second through t
 he last Friday of each month at 8pm and ALL ARE WELCOME.
