If you are looking for new ways to include more sea food in your diet this summer\, the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of U nion County will be offering its popular &ldquo\;Seafood at its Best&rdq uo\; cooking class once again\, complete with food tastings.\nThe two-s ession class will be held on Wednesday August 1 and 8\, 2012 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.\, at the Extension offices in the County Services Building\, 300 North Avenue East\, Westfield.\n&ldquo\;After hearing great things about the &ldquo\;Seafood at its Best&rdquo\; program I am happy to see it being offered again\,&rdquo\; said Union County Freeholder Linda Car ter. &ldquo\;The class is taught by a Rutgers nutrition expert\, so th is is a good opportunity to learn new recipes while getting reliable in formation about the benefits of seafood.&rdquo\;\nAs part of a healthy d iet\, seafood is linked to improved heart health\, brain function and ov erall well being.
