Classes include: dance and swim, gym stars, hip hop, sports leagues, run for fun, fit & fun, tri-training and lights, camera, action.

Especially designed classes for teens include: teen Broadway/jazz, teen acting, karate and self-defense, and high school gymnastics among others.

“My kids take classes at The Connection. I adore the staff. They address any questions or concerns you may have with genuine caring. They really want to make your experience a positive one. All around positive and I don’t know what I would do without them!” says H.K, a longtime member of The Connection.

In addition, adult wellness classes range from yoga, Pilates and low-impact aerobics to cardio, kickboxing, Zumba, karate, cross training and much more. All adult classes, including full use of the new fitness center and our beautiful 5 lane pool, are available free of charge for total facility members.
