Community Update

Summit residents are invited for a FREE swim and the Diddy
Dive In Family Movie and Dance Party at the Summit Family Aquatic Center on
Monday, August 19, 2013. The Summit Family Aquatic Center is located at 100
Ashwood Avenue in Summit. The facility is an award winning design featuring a
long course pool, family leisure pool, drop slide, serpentine slide, snack bar,
children’s playground and sand volleyball court. The Front Gate of the Summit
Family Aquatic Center opens to the general public at 6 PM that night. Everyone
is welcomed to swim while they wait for the feature film, “Rango”. The Family
Dance Party starts at 7:30 PM with the movie starting at dark. This event is a
gift from the City to its residents along with the financial support of the
following sponsors: Rubino OB/GYN Group, Overlook Medical Center, PNC Bank,
Volvo, MONDO, Shaping Summit Together, Summit Area YMCA, and Summit PAL. In the
event of rain, the event will be held on the following night, Tuesday, August
