Free Workout Saturday Morning

K2 Fitness and Performance invites you to try our Obstacle Course Workout Challenge.  Move from station to station working every muscle in the body, with exercising such as box step ups, kettle bell swings, jump rope, sledge hammer, tire drags, TRX rows and Pushups and everything else to never would imagine.  No charge, just show up ready to work.
