HomeTowne Television® To Broadcast 

“The Summit Candidates Forum” LIVE


 

(Summit, NJ) October 17, 2013 – HomeTowne Television® will broadcast “The Summit Candidates Forum” LIVE from the Summit City Hall Council Chambers at 512 Springfield Avenue starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, October 25. For viewers with Comcast, watch HomeTowne TV Channel 36/Verizon 30. 

The program will be rebroadcast at 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 27; Wednesday, October 30; Friday, November 1; and Sunday, November 3, on HomeTowne TV, Comcast Channel 36/Verizon 33.

Moderated by HomeTowne Television's President Fred Honold, this local coverage will introduce viewers to the five candidates. The candidates will respond to questions from Rev. Chuck Rush, Senior Minister of Christ Church in Summit and HomeTowne Television reporters Stacey McEvoy and Rachel Victer.

Running on the Republican ticket: incumbent Gregory Drummond for the At-Large seat, Mike McTernan for Ward 1 and Sandra Lizza for Ward 2. Running on the Democratic ticket: Mike Vernotico for Ward 2 and Dan Meyers for the At-Large seat.

This special program is brought to viewers by HomeTowne Television with cooperation from the Summit Democratic Party Committee Chair, Terri Tauber, and the Summit Republican Committee Chair, Lisa Allen.
