Registration is currently underway for the Girls’ Night Out event on Thursday, May 1 from 5 to 9 PM in downtown Summit. With more than 500 participants signing-up in advance and a few hundred more expected, Girls’ Night Out is shaping up to be a fabulous, fun evening for all to enjoy.
During the Girls’ Night Out event, more than 80 local businesses will be offering great shopping deals and promotions, interesting dining options and fun entertainment throughout the downtown. Summit Downtown Inc. with staging assistance from Stageworks is setting up a lounge and welcome area on the corner of Bank Street and Beechwood Rd. that will be providing helpful information on event specifics along with complimentary nibbles from local restaurants until 8 PM.
“There has been a tremendous response so far,” explains Summit Downtown Inc. Executive Director Marin Mixon. “We have been holding this event for the past six years and this year will certainly be our best yet. Bring your girlfriends and come enjoy all that Girls’ Night Out has to offer.”
