The City of Summit is accepting preliminary applications for its Affordable Housing program through a lottery of income-eligible applicants. The deadline to submit an application is 4:30 PM on Monday, July 7.
Applications must be received at the Housing Authority Office at City Hall on 512 Springfield Ave. by the July 7 deadline.
All eligible applicants will be placed on the waiting list for any future vacancies of rental or for-sale units. The waiting list lottery will be conducted at 10 AM on Friday, July 18. To download a copy of the application, visit the City’s website at http://cityofsummit.org.
