Summit's New Cable Show Premieres Thursday Night at MONDO

The vision for show, which will run on HTTV, is to create forum for frank conversation and provide parenting resource to Summit community. Thursday's topic is "Underage Drinking."

Have you heard? A dynamic new cable show will join the HTTV community lineup of programming for Summit and area residents.

The show’s host, Marianne DeSantis, a Summit resident and parent, leads conversation among panels of Summit parents, students, and alumni discussing the show’s topic, which is then offered to experts for insights and guidance. Real, meaningful conversation — no scripts!

The first show — “Underage Drinking” — will kick off with a live premiere on Thursday, Jan. 17 at MONDO, located 426 Springfield Ave. There will be two showings that evening at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. (A donation of $10 for adults and $5 for students is suggested.)

Dr. Osit, a local Warren psychologist, has been in practice for more than 30 years, providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families.  He has authored “Generation Text: Raising Well Adjusted kids in an Age of Instant Everything” and has several national and local television appearances to his credit.
