Jersey Six Acting & Performing Workshops at The Connection in Summit, NJ

Jersey Six Productions is having another Acting & Performing Workshop at The Connection in Summit, NJ on Sunday, March 25th!  There is a session for 2nd-5th graders and 6th-12th graders.  Please find more information below or on our website at www.JerseySixProductions.com!

3:30pm – 5:00pm: 6th-12th Grade, Cost: $35

2nd - 5th Graders - "Acting and Performing" - Students will participate in acting and theater games that explore using the mind, body, and voice to convey feelings, situations, and characters.  Group activities and ensemble building will awaken the awareness of interactions with others on stage.  This workshop is an excellent introduction to the dramatic arts!

6th - 12th Graders - "Acting 101" – Participate in warm-up acting exercises to inspire the actor inside!  Then, work with Jersey Six Productions on technique, monologues, and scenes while receiving professional coaching and information.  This workshop ends with a Q&A where students can ask anything they would like about the performing world.  Students can bring in acting resumes/headshots if they wish to receive feedback.  Dress comfortably and bring a pen and paper if you wish to take notes!
