Stage Manager Amanda Corey ‘13 of East Hanover shares her enthusiasm for the play, “When I heard Kent Place School was going to do Rent last spring, I froze… From that moment on until the end of the summer, I could not contain myself. It was all I thought about. Now that it is finally over, and I have seen the actors as well as the characters grow and develop right in front of me, I know that this is a show that I will never forget.”

Rent is a story about the will to live, despite what goes on around you. And I don’t mean just breathing day in and day out. I mean really striving to do what you love, be who you want to be, and enjoying every minute until the end. What makes Rent special is the fact that it brings people together with its never-ending flow of emotions,” continues Corey.
