Summit Singer-Songwriter Serenades Farmers Market

Summit, NJ.  Singer-Songwriter Kenny Woods of Summit, NJ will be performing at the final two Summit Farmers Markets of the season on Sunday, November 13 and November 20 from 10:30 am - 1 pm at the Shop & Park Lot #2 - corner of Maple Street and DeForest Avenue.

Woods will be singing and performing his original songs on piano, as well as upbeat barrelhouse blues and some soul stirring ballads, along with signature 70's pop favorites by icons like Elton John, Billy Joel and Jackson Browne.  

"I would like to thank Rich Caputo and Marin Mixon of Summit Downtown for inviting me to serenade the farmers market on Sundays," says Woods, whose original wedding song "Thankful For You" has half a million views on YouTube and is performed at weddings worldwide.

The Los Angeles Music Award winning singer-songwriter is currently recording a solo acoustic CD.  His repertoire is inspired by fantasy fiction, such as his songs for The Hobbit, Twilight and Merlin, as well as musings and meanderings of love and living.  Celebrity host Joy Behar says, "Kenny Woods is fantastic - he performed on my Royal Wedding special and was a big hit!"
