Hitting Lesson With Toronto Blue Jays Coach Tonight

Here are five things you need to know today, March 30, 2011:

  1. Overlook Hospital will present a free community lecture on religion, spirituality and dealng with chronic illness tonight in the Wallace Auditorium at 5:30 p.m.
  2. Summit Junior Baseball will host Toronto Blue Jays performance coach and scout, Steve Springer tonight at 7 p.m. for a "Mental Hitting Lesson" in conversation with Al Leiter in the auditorium at Summit High. Cost is $15.
  3. Kean University will present "A Midsummer Night's Dream" tonight at 8 p.m.
  4. NJ American Water began flushing hydrants Monday throughout the city. Residents and businesses may experience low water pressure and/or discolored water. NJ American Water advised that if you experience discolored water from your tap, run the cold water until clear before using.
  5. It's not too late to apply for golf and pool memberships for the 2011 season. Head to cityofsummit.org to find out where to register.
