Summit Friends and Family Shop 'Til You Drop

 

Summit, NJ – October, 2011 – Summit Downtown, Inc. is hosting “Friends and Family Shop ‘Til You Drop” on Thursday, October 27, 2011 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.  This new event is another opportunity to shop and bring family and friends to Summit for an evening of fun!  Admission is free.

Over 50 retailers, businesses and restaurants will be participating in the event and will be easily identified with balloons or signs in front of their businesses.  Visit our website www.summitdowntown.org and click on the Shop ‘Til You Drop poster for a continually updated listing of participants and coupons that you can print.

Musical entertainment will be provided by the popular Amp’d  Up and talented one man band, Kenneth Michael Woods.

“This event will offer families, friends, men and women the chance to experience the unique shopping opportunities and quality service available in Summit,” says Emi Havas, Chairman of Summit Downtown, Inc. (SDI), the sponsor of the event.  “Now more than ever, our decisions to shop locally can make the difference in the survival of small businesses.  We hope everyone will come out for a fun evening to support their favorite businesses, discover new favorites, and share what Summit has to offer with their friends.”
