Summit, NJ – February 2 – Summit Downtown, Inc. is announcing its 4th Annual Restaurant Week from Friday, February 17 until Sunday, February 26. Over 30 restaurants/eateries/food specialties are participating and will be offering a special item, menu, or prix fixe meal every day of Restaurant Week.
Guest Chef Olivia Saez from food. will be at Carter & Cavero on Saturday, February 18, from 1 pm to 4 pm sampling new and fabulous dishes using their olive oils, balsamic vinegars and gourmet sea salts. Join us for this free tasting event and take advantage of amazing in-store specials, available only on February 18.

Enjoy dinner at three of Summit’s restaurants participating in “Dine for Dinner” to be eligible for Gift Certificates to dine or shop in downtown Summit.
