Open Yoga Class Suitable for All Levels | Followed by Introduction to Yoga Teacher Training.

Join The American Yoga Academy for a Morning Yoga Class on Sunday, March 2, 10:00 - 12:00 PM at the AYA Studio in West Orange. No experience necessary. Our unique style of yoga teaches variations on yoga that benefits beginner as well as advance-level students.

Following the Class, Sign Up and Stay the Day! The 200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING Course is now in Session. Program meets two Sundays a Month, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and ends in June.

Fee: $2,900.

AYA Studio, at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange.
