Tuesday

Town Hall to discuss 2010 Census. Common Council President Dave Bomgaars will hold a town meeting at in the Whitman Community Room, 2nd Floor of City Hall, 7:30 p.m.

Thursday

meets, Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School cafeteria, 7:30p.m.

The following items are on the agenda, according to the website:

Teachers and students from the middle school will make a presentation on student participation in Play 60, a fitness program sponsored by the National Football League.

Representatives from the will make a presentation on Fall 2011 grants approved for the schools.

Asst. Superintendent of Schools Julie Glazer will make the annual assessment report.

A presentation will also be made on the mandated ethics training for board of education members.

A representative of the auditing firm Lerch, Vince & Higgins, will report on the district's 2011 audit.  

 

Friday

Free horse and wagon rides from  on the corner of Bank and Beachwood from 12:30p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
