Christmas Trees Benefit First Aid Squad

The annual sale is a Summit tradition.

When not out saving lives this holiday season, the will be helping run their annual Christmas tree sell again this year. 

Several types of trees are available, from $25 to $75.

"It is an exciting event for us, "  Squad Lieutenant, Chris Raymond, who organizes the tree sale each year, said in a statement.

"We are happy that the residents of Summit share their holiday spirit with us year after year."

The Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad building is on Elm Street across from Summit Middle School.

The proceeds from the sale are used to support the Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad.  

Tree sale hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the weekends and 3:30p.m. to 9:30p.m. during the week. For further info, check out the SVFA website: www.summitems.org/treesale.htm
