Double Header: Common Council and BOE to Meet Tonight

It's a double-header meeting night. Unless you've mastered being in two places at once (if you have, you better share the knowledge), you'll have to choose between city business and school affairs tonight. Both governing bodies will be meeting simultaneously. But don't worry, Patch will have coverage of both meetings tomorrow!

1. Common Council will meet tonight 7:30 p.m. at city hall. Click here for a preview of some of the agenda highlights.
2. The Board of Education will also meet tonight. The meeting was originally scheduled for Thursday but was moved due to the beginning of winter break on Friday. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Franklin School.
3. will have an information session for prospective sixth grade students from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
4. Boys ice hockey takes on Westfield at 6 p.m. at Warinanco Ice Rink in Roselle. 
5. Mother Goose Story time at the Summit Free Public Library every Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. Registration is required but the event is free.
