The Executive Committee of HomeTowne Television has announced the introduction of an important new service. Effective December 3rd, the local media station began streaming its live television signal over the internet.
According to HTTV Executive Vice President of Programming John Serruto, “Streaming represents another way in which we provide service to our viewers, in addition to traditional television broadcasts and video-on-demand over the web. We want to make it as easy and convenient as possible for viewers to watch their favorite HTTV shows.”
Executive Vice President of Governance and Policy Frank Macioce explained the significance of streaming. “What this means is that no matter where in the world you are, you can watch HTTV live on demand through the HTTV HomeCastingSM feature on our website www.HomeTowneTV.org.”
