You Need To Know Who To Call If Your Basement Flooded: You can call the fire department with help draining water in your basement if you have eight inches or more of water. Less than that, they won't help, and you'll need to check with area plumbers—or neighbors.

You Need To Know How To Check For Power Restoration: Many residents are wthout power, and it's hard to know for certain when it will be restored. JCP&L customers can track progress towards power restoration on the company's Outage Map, which is updated every 15 minutes.
