Police Blotter: Busy Holiday Weekend for Department

Police blotter for week of June 28.

On June 29, police arrested Daniel Gallegan, 32, of Bayville, at Rt. 24 West and Broad Street for Driving While Intoxicated, Unsafe Lane Change and Delaying Traffic.
 
On June 29, police receieved a report of theft of Fugi boys blue mountain bike valued at $600 from the driveway of a Friar Tuck Circle residence sometime between 11 a.m. June 28 and 11:30 a.m. June 29.
 
On June 30, police arrested Jose Pavon, 35, of Summit, at Summit Police Headquarters for Contempt of Court.
 
On July 1, police arrested Jaleel Fraser, 18, of Summit, at Beauvoir Avenue for
Obstruction of Justice.
 
On July 2, police arrested Kathleen Piegari, Kathleen, 60, of Summit, at Park Avenue for Criminal Trespassing.
 
On July 3, police arrested Christopher Vincent Sottile, 18, of Summit, at Ashland Road for Possession of 50 Grams or Less Marijuana and Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia.
 
On July 3, police arrested Andrew Dalberti, 18, of Summit, at Ashland Road for Possession of 50 Grams or Less Marijuana.
 
On July 4, police received a report of damage and theft from a vehicle while it was parked in a Morris Avenue restaurant parking lot sometime between 3 and 10 p.m.
The windshield of the vehicle was smashed, both tail lights and front grille were broken.  Reported missing was a TomTom GPS unit valued at $179.
 
On July 4, police arrested Alexander Liberman, Alexander, 29, of Summit, at Springfield Avenue and Summit Avenue for Contempt of Court.
 
On July 5, police arrested Carlos Javier Monge Segura, 30, of Summit, at Walnut Street for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
