  • 27 Ox Bow Lane, a colonial-style home built in 2012 with six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, sold for $2,500,000 after 50 days on the market.
  • 127 Maple St., a colonial-style home built in 1914 with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two half-bathrooms, sold for $1,449,000 after 62 days on the market.
  • 175 Woodland Ave., a colonial-style home with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, sold for $1,055,000.
  • 53 Eggers Court, a townhouse with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms build in 2006, sold for $779,000 after 11 days on the market.
  • 12 Ashland Road, a colonial-style home built in 1915 with four bedroom and one-and-a-half bathrooms, sold for $579,000 after 20 days on the market.
  • 38 Wade Drive, a split-level style home built in 1955 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms sold for $549,000 after 71 days on the market.
  • 7 Pearl St., a colonial style home built in 1940 with three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms sold for $535,000 after 21 days on the market.
  • 9 William St., a split-level home built in 1960 with three bedrooms and one bathroom sold for $299,000 after 68 days on the market.

Actually the prices listed as sold here are list prices. The Garden State MLS has just changed the listing format making it easy to confuse list with selling price. For example: 111 Beekman was listed at $2,590,000 - sold for $2,370,000. 27 Oxbow sold for $2,365,000; 127 Maple sold for $1,300,000; If you would like to know the actual selling prices of the other homes that recently sold in Summit, feel welcome to call or email me.
