Summit Municipal Golf Course to Re-Open

The Department of Community Programs is thrilled to open the Summit Municipal Golf Course on Friday, September 2, 2011 following the damage from Hurricane Irene.

The course was closed since Hurricane Irene due to flooding of the greens and buildings. Special thanks to Chris Holenstein, Tom Gerrity, Rich Caputo, Aaron Schrager and the entire staff of the Summit Department of Community Services for their hard work on preparing for the Hurricane and repairing the damaged property.

The Department of Community Programs is thrilled to be open in time for the Labor Day Holiday Weekend.  We thank our members for your patience during this trying time. We look forward to seeing you again at the Summit Municipal Golf Course.
