Week in Review: Giving Back and Giving Thanks

It was practically Thanksgiving all week long here at Patch!

By now you're probably just starting to emerge from your Turkey Day food coma so here's the rundown from this week inc ase you're head was stuck in the oven cooking all week!

On Monday, we featured a photo gallery from Sunday's Turkey Drive which once again collected more money, turkey and other groceries than any other location, told you about Summit High School being honored with an , and told you our state representatives headed back to Trenton for a special session.

On Tuesday, AAA announced that fewer New Jerseyeans would be traveling for Thanksgiving, NJ Transit announced additional train and bus service for the holiday, the weekly police blotter was released, and told you 5 ways to cook the main dish: turkey!

On Thursday, we told you Shaw Leonards. a popular liquor store, is most likely coming to the area, reviewed fall beer selections and previewed all the Black Friday deals in the area.
