“Explore the Bar Method with the Women of Summit BPW”
Bring in the New Year with a healthy start and empowered state of mind by exploring the “Bar Method” with the women of BPW. The Bar Method is a fun, body-changing one-hour workout which tones hard-to-reach muscles, slims down students' bodies and improves posture. Skilled instructor will demonstrate this highly effective workout routine for beginners and experienced alike. One hour class starts 7:30 pm – exercise attire please. All proceeds of this event are to be donated to the BPW Scholarship Foundation. As a new client special, ten percent will be deducted from total membership at sign up, of which a portion will also be donated to the BPW Scholarship Foundation. Limited seating, so please RSVP at firstname.lastname@example.org by Thursday January 17th.
Members will dine out locally afterward. All are welcome.
