Film Society of Summit presents Genetic Roulette: The Gamble of Our Lives

A documentary by Jeffrey Smith, narrated by Lisa Oz. 

Genetic Roulette makes the claim that the rise of genetically modified crops into our environment and food supply puts our health at risk, and seeks to link the deteriorating health of Americans with the processed food we eat.  A film for anyone wanting to understand the technology of genetically modified foods and  learn how to protect your family from the health risks of GM foods.

Following the film, health counselor Debbie Peterson, MA will lead discussion on identifying genetically modified foods in our food chain and offer holistic options to healthier eating.

Admission includes coffee and beverages, popcorn and dessert.
