Sensing Your Way to the Sacred
Co-sponsored with Christ Church Short Hills
As embodied beings, our senses link us to the world around us and ground us in the Sacred. For the most part, we go about our everyday lives taking sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste for granted. Learn how various religious rituals and spiritual practices rely on whole-body spirituality. Rediscover the power of your senses to facilitate greater openness and receptivity through visual art, music, clay, aromatherapy, and food, specifically chocolate!
