The Connection Has Begun Late Fall Registration!

We are open and registration is ongoing! Members of the community are welcome to get warm, take showers and re-charge their electronics!


The Connection for Women and Families is committed to keeping kids and families fit with programs and classes focused on health and wellness. New for the late fall session are fitness classes for all ages and abilities.


The Connection for Women and Families is the perfect place for children and teens. Younger children can explore their interests and talents with their parents at their side.

Parent/child classes like Pee Wee Play, All About Animals, You & Me Dance and Growing Goldfish, encourage active play, creativity, discovery and listening while teaching balance, coordination and social skills.


For preschool and school age children, The Connection offers a variety of classes in swimming, gymnastics, dance, performing arts, and sports. New for Late Fall are classes designed to keep kids active in a noncompetitive environment. Classes include: dance and swim, gym stars, hip hop, sports leagues, run for fun, fit & fun, tri-training and lights, camera, action.

Especially designed classes for teens include: teen Broadway/jazz, teen acting, karate and self-defense, and high school gymnastics among others.


“My kids take classes at The Connection. I adore the staff. They address any questions or concerns you may have with genuine caring. They really want to make your experience a positive one. All around positive and I don’t know what I would do without them!” says H.K, a longtime member of The Connection.


In addition, adult wellness classes range from yoga, Pilates and low-impact aerobics to cardio, kickboxing, Zumba, karate, cross training and much more. All adult classes, including full use of the new fitness center and our beautiful 5 lane pool, are available free of charge for total facility members.
